1. What is included in the kit?

Each kit comes with everything you need to capture a lasting memory: non-toxic clay, a rolling pin, a shaping ring, and display accessories (depending on variation).

2. Is the clay safe for pets and babies?

Yes! Our clay is 100% non-toxic, soft, and safe for both pets and children. It’s easy to use and leaves no mess once dried.

3. How many prints can I make with one kit?

Each kit can usually capture 1–2 paw prints or handprints, depending on size. For larger pets or multiple keepsakes, we recommend ordering more than one kit.

4. How long does the clay take to dry?

The clay air-dries naturally in about 24–48 hours. No baking required.

5. How do I preserve the print?

Once dry, the clay becomes solid and durable. For best results, keep it away from water and store/display in a dry area.

6. Can I redo the print if I make a mistake?

Yes — the clay stays soft for a while. If you’re not happy with the impression, just knead the clay and roll it out again before it dries.

7. What if my kit arrives damaged?

No worries — if your kit arrives damaged, simply reach out to us with a photo and we’ll send a replacement right away.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to Australia, USA, and Canada. Shipping times depend on your location (typically 5–12 business days).
